I ordered this cap along with 4 other products from Springbok Retail, but the cap never arrived. I attempted to make contact multiple times via email and Instagram asking to send me the cap or give me a refund, with no response. The customer service is terrible.

I ordered it to be delivered to my home. Instead it was delivered to PostNet - while I am away on holiday at the coast with no way to retrieve it. There was supposedly an option to change the delivery - after it had been delivered. So I will only get it in mid January!
