1. Conditions for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions:

a) Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit (as preferred).
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
  • After 14 days (up to 30 days), you may still request an exchange or store credit.
  • Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs for defective/incorrect items will be covered by Springbok Retail.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

b) Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

  • If the item is not defective but you’d like to return or exchange it, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • The product must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds are only available within the first 14 days after delivery.
  • After 14 days, only store credit or exchange will be offered.
  • Return courier fees are your responsibility, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

c) Sale / Discounted Items

  • Items bought on sale or during promotions can only be returned or exchanged if defective or not as described.
  • These must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are available on discounted items.


2. How to Return an Item

  • To submit a return or exchange which meets the requirements set out in this policy, click here. You will be redirected to our return and exchange portal where you can follow the prompts. 
  • Important: If you are unable to submit a return or exchange through the portal, it is likely due to your request not meeting our standard return and exchange policy.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Unless defective, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Washed, used, worn, or altered items
  • Items missing original packaging, labels, or proof of purchase
  • International orders (no returns or exchanges accepted)


4. Additional Terms

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Without proof of purchase, only store credit may be considered (for defective items).
  • Unauthorized alterations invalidate return eligibility.
  • No returns will be processed during major sale events (e.g., Black Friday) until the sale concludes.
  • Springbok Retail covers return shipping only for defective or incorrect products. Any other return costs are payable by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of misuse or excessive wear beyond reasonable use.
