Extremely disappointed with this company. I placed my order on 2 July for an item that was advertised as in stock, yet I still haven’t received my package. The estimated delivery time has long passed, and the lack of communication has made the experience even more frustrating. If I had known it would take this long, I would have ordered from another retailer. Waiting this long for an in-stock item is unacceptable, and the customer service has done little to restore my confidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I will think twice before ordering from them again.
