As the official Springboks store, every item of stock we carry is 100% official. You are purchasing directly from the source for all genuine Springboks merchandise.

Our products are typically true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend going up one size. Please see our size guide for the exact measurements. 

Free local shipping applies to all orders over R1500. For orders below R1500, there is a standard shipping fee of R100 within South Africa.

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary, typically taking 2-4 business days for major cities like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, and Durban.

Outlying areas may require an additional day or two. We will notify you promptly in case of any unexpected delays.

We make use of DHL, Fedex and UPS for our international orders.

Upon checkout and selection of destination- your international shipping cost will be calculated and charged to you.

We do not cover any of your local duties or taxes (if there are any) - this is for your own account.

Please note that duties & taxes depend on your country.

Please ensure you check and understand your local duties and taxes before placing your order, again we will not pay for your local taxes or duties.

International order tracking:

DHL tracking, you can make use of their dedicated On demand Delivery system that can give all the necessary details that you need. You choose the country of origin and provide your waybill number via their website. 

Fedex tracking, you can make use of their website: Tracking Your Shipment | FedEx South Africa with your tracking number.

UPS tracking, you can make use of the UPS website based on your country.

Shipping time estimates:

For all of our international shipping, which averages 4-9 working days.

Please note during busy periods it can take us 24-72 hours to prepare your order for dispatch from our warehouse.

Changing delivery address post order being placed:

With DHL shipments, this can be done at any time via the respective courier website using your tracking number. If you are making a drastic change, such as a country or state, this must be done before we ship the product out.

International exchanges and returns:

Given the expense and complexity involved in facilitating a cross border return or exchange- at this stage we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
