1. Can I change my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes.
2. Can a store keep a product aside for me if it is sold out online?
We cannot hold products during the Black Friday period (27 Nov – 2 Dec 2025).
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow up to 10 days for dispatch, and 2–5 days for delivery from the day the courier collects.
4. When an item is out of stock, will it be made available again?
Once an item is marked out of stock on the website, there will be no further releases of that item.
5. Can I reserve items in my cart?
No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock is only allocated for 5 minutes.
6. Can I use my gift card during Black Friday?
Yes, you can use your online gift voucher to complete your purchase.
7. What happens when I receive an ‘Out of Stock’ email?
Due to high order volumes and fast-moving stock, discrepancies can occur. If an item is unavailable, our customer service team will process a refund for the out-of-stock item.
8. How long does a refund take to reflect?
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. .
